Interior Designer / Documenter

We're searching for a passionate mid-level Interior Designer with a strong documentation focus and demonstrated ability to deliver quality design packages in Revit and Sketch-up.

The successful candidate will be an all-rounder team player who can work collaboratively to deliver exciting design-focused projects with an extensive background in multi residential, residential and commercial workplace.

Position Summary

Produce concept, schematic design and design development presentation packages using Sketch-Up and the Adobe Suite;

Produce Revit drawings, including joinery detailing;

Prepare Construction Documentation to a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail in Revit;

Prepare documentation in accordance with timelines and deadlines as established by Project Interior Designer/Architect;

Have a good knowledge of products; furniture and FF&E and able to prepare schedules; and

Work cohesively in a team.

Salary commensurate with experience.

About you

We're looking for a designer with strong Adobe, Sketch-up and Revit skills, who is able to work closely with our senior members to deliver high quality design and documentation packages for residential, multi residential and commercial workplace projects.

To be successful in this role you'll need:

Proficiency using Revit and a good understanding of Interior Revit documentation (5+ years’ experience);

Proficiency using the Adobe Suite to produce high quality schematic and design development presentation packages;

Proficiency using Sketch-Up;

Excellent communication skills and ability to proactively communicate with internal team members and clients if necessary;

Experience in Multi-residential and Workplace sectors;

Positive, proactive and motivated attitude required;

Capacity to work as part of a team with the ability to work autonomously as required.
