JCB are looking to appoint an experienced and exceptional design architect.

Applicants will be able to demonstrate significant design leadership delivering high quality/recognised Multi-residential, Commercial, Educational or Institutional Projects.

Preferred software skills include Sketchup, Rhino, Revit, Adobe suite.

The role will primarily involve conceptual design leadership and design development support to the Design Directors and Project Directors across a broad range of project typologies.

Referees required. Remuneration in accordance with experience.

Management Accountant

We are currently seeking an experienced Management Accountant to lead the Finance stream within our practice, and to support the leadership team to develop and deliver our strategy.  

Overseeing the financial performance for the practice we are looking for a true business partner who can work with our leadership team to manage performance to budget, cash management, debtors and WIP, preparation of relevant financial performance reporting, and meet relevant compliance requirements. The ability to provide accurate and timely information will be highly valued along with the initiative to identify potential issues and improvements.

The successful candidate will be able to operate in the detail whist still working strategically to drive expected outcomes. Strong accounting or finance background with commercial experience within a related professional services sector preferred.
