Senior Project Architect

We are searching an exceptional Senior Project Architect with demonstrated experience delivering high quality/recognised projects.

The successful candidate will be need to have a minimum of 8-10+ years experience who can work collaboratively to deliver exciting design focused projects. Experience in complex educational/ commercial projects and those involving mass timber construction will be preferred. Candidates should be able to demonstrate strong construction and technical knowledge and the ability to deliver quality documentation in a team based collaborative environment.

 

Position Summary

  • Work collaboratively with the Design Director
  • Lead a team on large scale projects ($50m+) through all stages
  • Manage clients, consultants and team members
  • Develop early feasibility/ concept work into detailed design
  • Lead all aspects of programme, scope changes, drawing packages etc to ensure highest quality project outcomes
  • Prepare documentation to a high degree of accuracy;
  • Understand the construction method of the project being documented;
  • Assist in the preparation of construction detailing and documentation;
  • Prepare documentation in accordance with timelines and deadlines
  • Work cohesively in a team;
  • Salary commensurate with experience.

 

About you

We are looking for an experienced individual with strong Revit skills, who is able to apply their strong design, design development and construction knowledge to projects.

To be successful in this role you will need:

  • Experience on large scale projects such as commercial towers and institutional projects
  • Experience working from concept design to project delivery 
  • Strong communication skills and experience liaising with clients and contractors 
  • Revit highly valued
  • Knowledge of planning and approval process – BCA, DDA, TP
  • Strong ability to work as part of a collaborative team
  • Proven background of medium to large scale projects;
  • BCA and Australian Standards working knowledge;
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to proactively communicate with clients, consultants and internal team members;
  • Capacity to work as part of a team with the ability to work autonomously as required.

Mid - Level Interior Designer

We are searching a passionate Mid-Level Interior Designer with strong Revit documentation skills in the multi-residential space.

The successful candidate will be a team player who can deliver quality documentation packages on exciting medium-large scale projects.

 

Position Summary

Have a good knowledge of products; furniture and FF&E and able to prepare schedules (in Excel);

Produce Revit drawings, including modelling families and joinery detailing;

Prepare documentation to a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail in Revit;

Prepare documentation in accordance with timelines and deadlines as established by Project Interior Designer/Architect;

Work cohesively in a team;

Salary commensurate with experience.

We are looking for a designer with strong Revit skills, who is able to apply their documentation skills to our commercial and multi-residential projects.

To be successful in this role you will need:

Proficiency using Revit and a good understanding of Interior Revit documentation (3+ years’ experience);
